Arts in the Park

Lindsey's boyfriend, Matt's Mom is involved in several local organizations including her Church and the Humane Society which both had booths in the Arts in the Park festival this weekend at Hurricane Shoals Park.  I've only been there a couple of times, years ago, but Lindsey and Matt have been several times recently, and I've had a couple of friends who had their family photos made out there recently, and I just talked to my favorite photographer about doing our family photos this fall out there.  After going there today, I'm so glad I decided to do that, it is a very picturesque place. And for some reason, having photos in old or run-down looking places, or even junkyards has been pretty popular lately, so may as well follow suit :).

The festival was pretty cool, too.  They had a lot of neat booths, and a fun kid area.

It was a great day with family, and we had almost perfect weather for it :)!!!
